The mission of Heibel Dermatology is very simple: To provide comprehensive, compassionate, quality health care for the treatment of all diseases of the skin, hair, nails, and oral mucosa.
A particular interest of Heibel Dermatology is the diagnosis and treatment of malignancies of the skin, with particular expertise in the use of Mohs micrographic surgery in the treatment of skin cancer.
Dr. Mark D. Heibel, M.D. has over 20 years of experience in the practice of dermatology, and is board certified in dermatology and a fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery.
Heibel Dermatology diagnoses and treats all disorders of the skin, hair, nails, mouth, and external genitalia. Treatment is comprehensive, and includes the treatment of benign and malignant skin lesions, moles, other skin lesions, aging and sun damaged skin, rashes and dermatitis, allergic skin conditions, infections, sexually transmitted diseases, and the recognition of skin manifestations of internal disease (including internal malignancy).
In addition, prevention and maintenance of normal skin is stressed, and a number of cosmetic procedures of provided included Botox, dermal fillers for facial wrinkles, and Intense Pulsed Light phototherapy are provided.

Treatment of all diseases of the hair, skin, and nails for patients of all ages is provided.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday with either the physician or nurse practioner. You are always able to request the provider you prefer.
For your convenience, early morning apointments are available beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, and noontime appointments are available on Wednesdays as well.
In addition, a limited number of same-day appointments are reserved on most days for more acute, emergency situations. These may only be scheduled the day of the appointment, and, once again, are provided for your convenience.
